Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that GNI/GMC will be carrying out night works on Main Street, Adare, Limerick (N21) as part of a temporary road closure for the Adare Bypass project.

Limerick City and County Council wishes to advise motorists and road users of road works involving Junction Realignment, Footpath Replacement and Macadam Road Surface Overlay taking place along Greenhill Road (L10199), Garryowen Road (L-10183); Pennywell & Cathedral Court (L-10168); Downey Street (L-10169); Ball Alley Place (Sarsfield Court L-10182); South Claughaun Road (L-10178), Limerick City from Monday 30th March 2026 to Tuesday 30th June 2026, from 08:00 to 18:00. Localised Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of works. Access for residents and business operators will be maintained during this period.

Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that road construction works will take place on the L8026 Graigue, Croagh, Adare, Co Limerick from Monday 30th March to Friday 03rd April 2026 between the hours of 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs. As a result, a temporary traffic management operation involving STOP/GO operation will be in place for the duration of the works.

Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that road pavement repair works will take place on the N21 Killarney Road, Adare Village, Co Limerick from Monday 30th March to Friday 03rd April 2026 between the hours of 19:00hrs and 01:00hrs. As a result, a temporary traffic management operation involving STOP/GO operation will be in place for the duration of the works. Emergency service vehicles will have through access. Local residents will be accommodated.

Emergency repairs will take place at Sarsfield Bridge on Honan's Quay on Monday 30th March 2026 from 10am to 4pm.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the sections of roads detailed hereunder at the specified locations and times to facilitate the Regeneron Great Limerick Run 2026 on Sunday 3rd May 2026.

Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that a Traffic Management plan to close the N21 from its junction with R519 Ballingarry Road to its junction with L-1420 Lantern Lodge Roundabout from Monday 30th March to Monday 6th April 2026. Night Time works between the hours of 22:00hrs and 06:00hrs each night.

• Travelling West bound the Diversion during this time, L-1420 to its junction with the L8022 to its junction with the R519 to its junction with the N21.
• Travelling East bound the Diversion during this time, R519 to its junction with the L8022 to its junction with the L1420 to its junction with the N21.

This closure is necessary to facilitate surfacing works for the New Roundabout on the N21 and are being carried out during the night to minimise disruption.

• Road Closure and local diversion routes will be in operation for the duration of the works.
• Emergency Access will be made available where required.
• Access to Adare Village is from the West side of Adare only during the times of this proposed closure

Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that an Emergency Response Exercise will be held on Tuesday, 31st March 2026 from 10:00am to 10:10am approx on the St. Nessan’s Road (R526) from its junction with Raheen Roundabout (R526-48) to its Junction with St. Paul Roundabout (R526-54).
