Boulder Milt: Séan Cotter
Séan Cotter is an Irish artist who lives in Cavan and is a graduate of National College of Art & Design, Dublin. Séan has exhibited extensively in solo and group shows in Ireland and internationally.
Boulder Milt is his first solo show at Limerick city Gallery of Art (LCGA). Séan has been on many residencies in Iceland, Finland. These residencies have been a source of real concern about the way in which this planet, earth, is changing due to Climate Change. In the early weeks of January 2025 we witnessed the devastating impact on people, their lives and the landscape in California of the wild fires – the direct result of our disregard for nature and how this has led to catastrophic consequences.
