Notice is hereby given that the Chief Executive, Limerick City & County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in him under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, and in the interests of Road Safety, has made an Order as follows;

Limerick City and County Council Road Traffic Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws 2019

Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in exercise of its powers under Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 (no. 44 of 2004), as amended by section 86 of the Road Traffic Act 2010 (No. 25 of 2010), and Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016), at its September meeting, made the above mentioned Bye-Laws, which will come into effect on the 1st November 2019.

Temporary Closure of Roads: L1144 Rosbrien Road, Limerick

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the road from 8am on Tuesday 29th October to 5pm on Friday 1st November to facilitate road overlay works at Rosbrien Road, Limerick.

Road Traffic Notice: Pavement Surfacing N69 Foynes to Sroolane

Limerick City and County Council advise Road Users and Businesses that Pavement Improvement Works will take place along a 1km section of the N69 from the Foynes Port Entrance to its junction with the L 6114 from Tuesday 24th September 2019 to Friday 25th October 2019.

Road Works Speed Limit Order: N69 Foynes to Sroolane Pavement Improvement Scheme

Public Notice: Road Traffic Act 2004 (Section 10). Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has made an order applying a Temporary Speed limit of 60kph on the N69 Foynes to Sroolane Pavement Improvement Scheme in the interest of road safety and prudent traffic management.

Limerick City and County Council advise motorists and road users that road works involving upgrade works to the Sli Na Slainte walkway on the N69 Askeaton Bypass are ongoing between the hours of  of 8.00am and 6.00pm from Wednesday 18th September 2019 to Saturday 26th October 2019.
