Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on the R515, in Ashford, Co. Limerick.

Limerick City and County Council wishes to advise all residents groups that application forms and particulars are now available for the above initiative for 2026.

Limerick Going for Gold is a community environment improvement grant funding and competition run in conjunction with the JP McManus Charitable Foundation.

In accordance with Part XI of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Limerick City & County Council proposes to carry out the development described hereunder in Lisheen Park, Ballyanrahran East, Patrickswell, Co Limerick.

In accordance with Part XI of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Limerick City & County Council proposes to carry out the development described hereunder in Lisheen Park, Ballyanrahran East, Patrickswell, Co. Limerick.

Limerick City and County Council has carried out an Appropriate Assessment Screening for N21 Newcastle West Road Project - 7.5km of Type 2 Divided Road bypassing Newcastle West - and has determined that a Stage 2 Appropriate Assessment is required in respect of the proposed project.
