The Finance (Local Property Tax) Act 2012 (as amended), makes specific provision that elected members of a local authority may pass a formal resolution to vary the basic rate of the Local Property Tax for their administrative area by a percentage known as the local adjustment factor.

Road Traffic Act 2004 (Section 10). Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Limerick City and County Council has made an Order applying a Temporary Speed Limit of 60kmph on the M7 between Junction 30 and Junction 28 in the interest of road safety.
This temporary speed limit is required to facilitate the proposed overlay works between Junction 30 and Junction 28 on the M7.
