Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act, deemed made the Newcastle West Local Area Plan 2023 – 2029, which was adopted by the Elected Members of the Municipal District of Newcastle West, Limerick City and County Council on December 6th 2023. The Local Area Plan took effect from the 25th January 2024.
The Plan includes a Local Transport Plan, Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), Consolidated Natura Impact Report, Appropriate Assessment (AA) Conclusion Statement, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report and Strategic Environmental Assessment Statement.
