Limerick City and County Council propose to carry out development works at 15, 17 & 19 St. Ita’s Street, St. Mary’s Park, Limerick, on a site of 537 sqm / 0.0537 ha.

In accordance with Part XI, Section 179, of the Planning and Development Acts, 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed development to be carried out at the above site:

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on the L6078 Carrigkerry National School, Carrigkerry, Co. Limerick:

Gortadroma Waste and Recycling Centre will be closed to the public from Monday 21st of September to Monday 28th of September 2026 inclusive. Reason for closure is to carry out essential maintenance.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments adjacent to Main Street (R-523) and Bank Place (L-1253), Rathkeale, County Limerick.

In accordance with Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004, as amended by Sections 53 to 56 of the Road Traffic and Roads Act, 2023, and Sections 6 to 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2024, Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to make Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws for its administrative area.

Limerick City and County Council has carried out an Appropriate Assessment Screening and has determined that a full Appropriate Assessment is required in respect of the proposed N21 Abbeyfeale Road Project. The Appropriate Assessment Screening Report is available for download at the link below.

Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes to make an order extinguishing a public right of way on a section of the L-12013 Local Road, extending from the entrance gate to Ballysteen House to the main house at Ballysteen House, within the townlands of Ballysteen and Ballycanauna, County Limerick, over a distance of approximately 774 metres, as indicated on the map available for public inspection.
