Bus Eireann Customer Notice: Limerick All Ireland Senior Hurling Team Homecoming

Bus Eireann would like to advise customers that delays and diversions are expected around Limerick city Monday, 20th August with the Homecoming of the Limerick Senior Hurling Team. The Ennis Road will close from 15.30 until 21.00 hrs and Limerick City Centre will be subject to significant traffic diversions from 17.30 until 19.30 hrs. Limerick City Services will not operate cross city during 17.30 and 19.30 hrs.

Limerick City & County Council advise motorists and road users that road works involving repairs to Safety Barriers will take place on the N21 at Croagh from 19.00hrs to 06.00hrs each day from Wednesday 15th August, 2018 to Friday 17th August, 2018.

Draft City and County of Limerick (Segregation, Storage and Presentation of Household and Commercial Waste) Bye-laws, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan District of Limerick, Municipal District of Adare-Rathkeale, Municipal District of Cappamore-Kilmallock and the Municipal District of Newcastle West propose to make Bye-Laws in accordance with Part 19 of the Local Government Act, 2001 for the purpose of regulating the segregation, storage and presentation of household and commercial waste within their respective districts. The Draft Bye-Laws provide that a person found guilty of a contravention shall be liable to a financial penalty of up to €2,500.
