Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments adjacent to Station Road, (R521) Newcastle West, County Limerick.

Road Works Speed Limit Order: R516 Bruff to Hospital Road Co. Limerick

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Limerick City and County Council has made an order applying for a Temporary Speed Limit of 60kph on the R516 Bruff to Hospital Road in Co. Limerick, in the interest of road safety.

Notice Of Intention To Acquire Derelict Site Compulsorily Under The Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (As Amended By The Planning And Development Act, 2000)

Notice is hereby given that Limerick City & County Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Local Authority”), having offices at Merchant’s Quay, Limerick, Eircode: V94 EH90, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 14 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990, intend to acquire compulsorily under the said Act the derelict site described hereunder.
