Jigsaw Limerick

Self-help books are now recognised as a vital source of support for people experiencing mental health difficulties. Jigsaw Limerick, in collaboration with Limerick Libraries, have created a catalogue of self-help books for young people - Read Your Mind. It brings together an invaluable collection of 108 books on mental health that are available free of charge to young people and their parents at libraries across Limerick city and county.
