Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), deemed made the Abbeyfeale Local Area Plan 2023 – 2029, which was adopted by the Elected Members of the Municipal District of Newcastle West, Limerick City and County Council on October 4th 2023. The Local Area Plan took effect from the 15th of November 2023.
The Plan includes Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report and Statement, Appropriate Assessment (AA) Consolidated Natura Impact Report and Conclusion Statement and a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA).
