Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails is the largest trail network of its kind in Ireland. 98km of trails, including forest road climbs, tight twisty single track with loads of ups and downs, board walk, tight turns and technical rocky bits are guaranteed to leave you smiling.
For walkers, Kilfinane is a fantastic base to explore a myriad of walking routes for every ability. From the Ballyhoura Nature Trail which is ideal for children who can look out for hidden creatures along the way, to the more challenging Ballyhoura Way and Loop Walks in the region.
The former Church of Ireland, set in Kilfinane, has undergone a revival to bring you a unique entertainment venue, and is host to concerts and community events all year round.
For more leisurely activities, there is orienteering or geocaching at Ballyhoura Forest Park, horse riding in a most picturesque location, or clay bird shooting, a fun outing that can be enjoyed with friends or at a more competitive level.
