The Groody Road Active Travel Scheme has been delivered by Limerick City & County Council. It was funded by the National Transport Authority.
The project provides connectivity along the Groody Road, the L5173 and up to the Groody Roundabout via an Active Travel facility.
The Scheme sees segregated cycle lanes on the left hand side of the road along with traffic calming measures.
The Scheme was constructed and delivered in 2022.
