Roads Act 1993. Road Regulations 1994 – Article 12. Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the road as detailed here under at the specified locations and times to facilitate repair of a watermain.

Social Housing and Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan Applicants - Covid-19: HPL1 Temporary Process

Social Housing applicants and applicants for the Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan should note that in light of the Covid-19 emergency, a temporary alternate arrangement has been put in place that will remove the need for them to have to obtain a physically completed HPL1 form from Revenue, either in person, by post, or by Revenue’s online systems ROS/ MyAccount.

Notice of Extension of Time to Object to the Compulsory Acquisition of Land: N24 Beary’s Cross Road Improvement Scheme Compulsory Purchase Order 2020

The Limerick City and County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Local Authority”) refer you to the notice appearing in the Irish Independent on the 12th day of March 2020 and on the Limerick Leader on the 14th day of March 2020, relating to the above Compulsory Purchase Order.   As a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the Government restrictions on access to certain offices, including the Local Authority Offices referred to in the notice,owners, lessees and occupiers of the land and/or their agents and members of the public are restricted in inspecting the Compulsory Purchase Order and the deposit map.

Notice of Having Adopted the Croom Local Area Plan 2020 – 2026

Planning & Development Act 2000 (Amended). Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act, deemed made the Croom Local Area Plan 2020 – 2026, which was adopted by the Municipal District of Adare – Rathkeale at their Municipal Meeting on March 03rd 2020.  The Local Area Plan takes effect from 14th April 2020.
