Form No. 1. Article 4. (Notice under Section 15(1)(a) of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990). Notice is hereby given that Limerick City & County Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Local Authority”), having offices at Merchant’s Quay, Limerick, Eircode: V94 EH90 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 14 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990, intend to acquire compulsorily under the said Act the derelict site described hereunder.

Part 8 Development: Urban Greenway, Castletroy, Limerick

Planning & Development Acts 2000 (as amended). Planning & Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). In accordance with Part XI of the Planning & Development Acts 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council proposes to build an Urban Greenway (cycling and walking) providing connectivity between Castletroy College and Gaelscoil Chaladh an Treoigh. The works will be located in the townlands of Newtown and Newcastle, Castletroy, Limerick.

Part 8 Development: N20 Banogue Traffic Calming Scheme

Planning & Development Acts 2000 (as amended). Planning & Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). In accordance with Part XI of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8 Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council proposes to install traffic calming on the N20 National Primary Road at Banogue Cross. The works will be located in the townlands of Ballynabanoge and Ballyphilip.

Planning & Development Acts 2000 (as amended). Planning & Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). In accordance with Part XI of the Planning & Development Acts 2000 (as amended) and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council proposes to build a new canal bridge to provide two-way traffic flow between Canal Bank, Park Road and Lower Park Road, Limerick.
