Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000(as amended), deemed made the Adare Local Area Plan 2024 - 2030, which was adopted by the Elected Members of the Municipal District of Adare Rathkeale, Limerick City and County Council on February 13th 2024.
The Local Area Plan took effect from the 26th March 2024.
The Plan includes a Public Realm Plan, Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), Consolidated Natura Impact Report, Appropriate Assessment (AA) Determination Statement, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report Non-Technical Summary.

The Plan may be purchased for the price of €25.00 from the Planning and Place-Making Directorate, Merchants Quay, Limerick.
