As Limerick prepares to embrace the longer, brighter evenings of spring, the city is set to leave the winter months firmly behind with the return of Twilight Thursdays this Thursday evening, 26 March. The popular monthly initiative once again brings a lively programme of family activities, cultural experiences, live entertainment, food trails and night‑time events, encouraging people to rediscover Limerick after dark.
Twilight Thursdays is part of Limerick’s involvement in the national Night-Time Economy Pilot Programme, supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport. The initiative aims to diversify and enhance the city’s night-time offering and encourage collaboration across cultural, community and business sectors.
