Limerick City and County Council wishes to advise motorists and road users that Colas JV, on behalf of Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), will implement overnight slip road closures on the M7 Motorway to facilitate Duct Proving Works.The traffic management arrangements will be as follows:
- Monday 21 September 2026 (8.00pm to 6.00am): M7 Eastbound On-Slip Closure at Junction 30
- Tuesday 22 September 2026 (8.00pm to 6.00am): M7 Eastbound On-Slip Closure at Junction 30
- Wednesday 23 September 2026 (8.00pm to 6.00am): M7 Eastbound On-Slip Closure at Junction 30 (R526 Slip Road)
- Signed diversion routes will be in place for the duration of the works.
- Local access will be maintained where possible.
These closures are required to facilitate Duct Proving Works associated with ongoing infrastructure works.
Limerick City and County Council regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks road users for their cooperation and patience while these works are being completed.
