Pursuant to Section 21 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 and Section 6 of the Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act 1998, Limerick City and County Council is required to undertake an assessment of housing need for 2026.
Selected applicants will receive an SSHA Housing Assessment Form by post and are required to return the completed form no later than Wednesday 23rd September 2026.
Failure to provide the required information by the stated deadline will result in your removal from the Housing Waiting List.

De bhun Alt 21 d’Acht na dTithe (Forálacha Ilghnéitheacha), 2009 agus Alt 6 d’Acht na dTithe (Cóiríocht don Lucht Siúil), 1998, éilítear ar Chomhairle Cathrach agus Contae Luimnigh measúnú ar riachtanais tithíochta a dhéanamh don bhliain 2026.
Gheobhaidh iarratasóirí roghnaithe Foirm Measúnaithe Tithíochta AMTS ar an bpost agus éileofar orthu an fhoirm chomhlánaithe a chur ar ais tráth nach déanaí ná Dé Céadaoin, an 23 Meán Fómhair 2026.
Is é an toradh a bheidh ar mhainneachtain an t-eolas a éilítear a chur ar fáil faoin spriocdháta a luaitear ná go mbainfear den Liosta Feithimh Tithíochta thú.
