Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that road surfacing works will take place on the M7 eastbound carriageway between Junction 23 (Moneygall) and Junction 25 (Nenagh East) on behalf of TII.
The works are expected to continue for approximately 10 weeks.
To facilitate these works, the M7 eastbound will be closed nightly from 7.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. on the following dates:
- Thursday 6th August
- Friday 7th August
- Monday 10th August
- Tuesday 11th August
- Wednesday 12th August
- Thursday 13th August
- Friday 14th August
Diversions will be in place during all closures.
Please note that outside of the night-time closures, a 60 km/h temporary speed limit and hard shoulder closure will remain in place during daytime hours (6.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.) and at weekends while road surfacing and lining works are ongoing.
Road users are advised to allow extra travel time and follow all temporary traffic management measures in place.
