Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that road closure arrangements will remain in place on Knockalisheen Road from Knockalisheen Roundabout to the junction with Moyross Avenue from Monday, 29 June 2026 to Friday, 18 December 2026 to facilitate ongoing construction works associated with the Coonagh to Knockalisheen Distributor Road project.
Diversion Route
Traffic will be diverted via the newly constructed Coonagh to Knockalisheen Distributor Road. Diversions will be clearly signposted for the duration of the closure.
Limerick City and County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks road users for their cooperation.
