Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), deemed made the Patrickswell Local Area Plan 2024 - 2030, which was adopted by the Elected Members of Limerick City and County Council on February 26th 2024.
The Local Area Plan took effect from the 8th April 2024.
The Plan includes a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening and Determination and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Report and Determination.

The Plan may be purchased for the price of €25.00 from the Planning and Place-Making Directorate, Merchants Quay, Limerick.
