Waste Facility Permits and Certificates of Registration

Local authorities issue authorisations for various waste related activities. These activities vary from importation of waste soils and rubble to raise the level of lands, to vehicle dismantling.

This Register includes all waste facility permits and certificates of registration issued by local authorities under the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations, S.I. No. 821 of 2007, as amended.

If you do not find the waste facility you are searching for in the Local Authority Waste Facilities Register, it may be that the facility operates under an EPA Licence. Click here.
