Textile Management from Home
Textile Management from home is an important way to reduce waste and support more sustainable living. MyWaste.ie highlights that households have several simple options for dealing with unwanted clothing and textiles responsibly.
Circular Living Assets - My Waste
- Charity shops are one of the main options for textiles that are clean and in good condition. Donating clothes allows them to be reused, extending their lifespan and reducing the need for new textile production. Find your local Limerick Charity Retail outlet here.
- For items that are no longer suitable for reuse, textile banks and recycling facilities are available in many areas. and can be found at all Limerick Civic Amenity Centres | Limerick.ie and also within our network of bring banks Textile Banks | Limerick.ie.
