Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments adjacent to, Oakview Drive (L-10475) and Ballinacurra Gardens (L-10524), Ballinacurra, Limerick.
- Introduction of road markings
- Introduction of contra-flow cycle lanes
- Install bollards, orcas and concrete separators to ensure safe route for cyclists
- Install of road signage
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at both Limerick City and County Council, City Hall, Merchants Quay (V94 EH90) and Limerick City and County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 3rd of July 2026 to Friday 31st of July 2026 inclusive.
They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be mad be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, on Friday 31st July 2026.
