Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 58 of the above Act, that Limerick City and County Council, being the Planning Authority for Limerick, at their Full Council Meeting on the 30th of March 2026, adopted Variation No. 2 to the Limerick Development Plan 2022 – 2028 (as varied). The Variation is effective immediately.
Variation No. 2 relates to removal of text in Chapter 7, Objective TR O37 regarding access to substandard roads.
The Limerick Development Plan 2022 – 2028 incorporating Variation No. 2 and associated reports are available to view on Limerick City and County Council’s website www.limerick.ie/council, and may also be inspected at Limerick City and County Council Merchant’s Quay and Dooradoyle.
The documents relating to Variation No. 2 are also available for purchase from the Forward Planning Section – Planning, Heritage and Ryder Cup Directorate, Limerick City and County Council, Merchants Quay, Limerick.
