PRIVATE Briefing for elected members of the Metropolitan Area will take place on Monday 3rd September 2018 at 10am in the Small Exhibition Area in Merchant's Quay to discuss:

(a)Briefing on the Chief Executive's Report on the draft Castletroy Local Area Plan

(b) Briefing on the Chief Executive’s report submitted to Elected Members in accordance with Section 19 (1)(d) and19(1)(e) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) in relation to the deferral of making a new Local Area Plan for Castleconnell
