Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has made an Order (DG/2026/095) under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 extinguishing the public right of way specified in the Schedule below. No objections, observations, or representations were received within the statutory consultation period.
A copy of the Order and the accompanying map indicating the public right of way extinguished may be inspected during public opening hours at Rathkeale Municipal District Office, New Line Road, Rathkeale Co Limerick.

Description of Public Right of Way Extinguished:
The section of the L-12013 Local Road measuring approximately 774 metres in length, extending from the entrance gate of Ballysteen House directly to the main house at Ballysteen House, situated within the townlands of Ballysteen and Ballycanauna, County Limerick.
