Halloween in Limerick
Halloween in Limerick 2026 will transform the city and county with a spectacular programme of entertainment, folklore, culture, and family-friendly events inspired by the ancient traditions of Samhain.
Taking place from 11th October to 1st November 2026, the festival will feature captivating street performances, immersive experiences, music, storytelling, food, and seasonal celebrations, inviting visitors of all ages to discover the magic, mystery, and heritage of Halloween in Limerick.

Ireland, Home of Halloween is an all-island initiative led by Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Ireland, and Tourism Northern Ireland, celebrating Ireland as the birthplace of Halloween and sharing the ancient traditions of Samhain through authentic festivals and visitor experiences.
Limerick is proud to be one of seven participating destinations, inviting everyone to discover Halloween across the city and county from 11th October to 1st November.
