Limerick City and County Council wishes to advise motorists and road users that a temporary road closure will be in place on the Westbound Merge Ramp at Attyflin Junction 5 (intersection of the M20 and N20) to facilitate the installation of fencing and environmental barriers along the merge ramp.
The road closure will affect the Westbound Merge Ramp at Attyflin Junction 5, and will be in effect from Monday, 28th September 2026 until Sunday, 18th October 2026, operating as a 24-hour closure for the duration of the works.
A diversion route will be in place via the M20 to Junction 4.
Diversions will be clearly signposted for the duration of the works.
Emergency services access will be maintained at all times.
