Culture Night 2026 is the perfect time to celebrate Limerick's cultural legacy and this year Limerick Printmakers will be highlighting all that is iconic about the city through the magic of silkscreen printmaking.
Limerick Printmakers will have a wide range of Limerick favourites, landmarks and places ready to handprint with a great team on hand to assist everyone who joins us on the night.
We'll also have some funky patterns and designs in the mix to ensure everyone can create a print that's truly unique to them!
Printmaking offers both a creative outlet and provides an opportunity to bring people together to share ideas, or simply collectively create in a supportive atmosphere.
Print is a vibrant and exciting form of self-expression that encompasses many techniques and approaches.
Our quiet hour is ideal for any children and young people who may, for any reason benefit from a calmer, less crowded environment.
Limited numbers with pre-booking essential by emailing limerickprintmakers@gmail.com. No/ low artificial lighting. No music. A calm environment with more time with facilitators.
A parent/ guardian/ support person is welcome to join the child or young person if preferred. Facilitator can print with or on behalf of workshop participants.
