Brought to you by Kilmeedy Community Development Group, Full Moon Rising 2026 Kid's Night returns on Friday 11th September at 6pm.
Kid’s Night – School of Rock! will be an evening with music, games, fun, and laughter — making this year’s Full Moon Rising Junior event extra special for all our young festival-goers.
School of Rock at Full Moon Rising Kilmeedy music festival is all about giving young musicians the chance to shine — no pressure, no competition, just music, fun, and experience.
If you’re in a band, a duo, or a solo act and you’re under 18, we’d love to hear your sound. Whether you play indie, punk, pop, metal, or something totally unique, this is your chance to perform in front of your peers and the Full Moon Rising crowd.

- Connect with other young artists and music lovers

The School of Rock showcase kicks off the Full Moon Rising weekend on Friday, 11th September 2026, and promises to be one of the most exciting nights of the festival. To apply send us:

- A short description of your music

- A short recording of your act (if available, no pressure)
