The Bedford Brunch Plate (Available 8am-4pm) €14.50

- Sourdough toast topped with homemade guacamole and Croom poached egg.
- Homemade brioche French toast, with Limerick bacon and drizzled with organic maple syrup.
Limerick Ham Classic (Available from 12pm-4pm) €10
- Freshly made stone-baked sandwiches filled with baked Limerick ham, Irish smoked cheddar and homemade relish.
Each dish will be accompanied with a storytelling guide to the history of the dish and local producers that we have used in its creation.
