In accordance with the provision of the Roads Act 1993, Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration that the road listed hereunder be a public road.
Brewery Lane, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick
Total length of road to be taken in charge 86.0 metres of roadway
Limerick City and County Council propose to take in charge the roadway within the area outlined in red as shown on the map, excluding private areas.
Map showing the roadway may be inspected from 22nd May 2026 up to and including 22nd June 2026 at the Newcastle West Municipal District Office, Áras William Smith O’Brien, Gortboy, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or maybe viewed on the Limerick City and County Council website; www.limerick.ie.
A person may lodge any objections or representations with regard to the proposal. These must be made:
