Ricky Warwick’s career spans over four decades and two continents, shaped by a strong work ethic rooted in his Northern Ireland upbringing and influenced by Belfast’s punk scene. 

After picking up guitar at 13, he honed his craft in Scotland, touring with New Model Army before forming The Almighty, achieving major UK chart success and touring with top rock acts. Returning to Ireland in 2002, he launched a successful solo career with his band The Fighting Hearts, showcasing versatility and authenticity while continuing to tour globally with major artists.

 Warwick later became frontman for Thin Lizzy in 2010, earning critical acclaim, and co-founded Black Star Riders, releasing multiple successful albums. Known for his relentless creativity and passion for performance, he continues to thrive both solo and collaboratively, with his latest album Blood Ties (2025) highlighting his enduring energy, powerful songwriting, and high-profile collaborations, reinforcing his status as a respected and prolific figure in rock music.
