Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that Tunnel works will take place on the N18 tunnel on Wednesday 11th March 2026 from 19:30hrs to 06:00hrs. Overnight single lane each way, contra-flow traffic operation will be in place. Clonmacken access road to the tunnel will also be closed – diversion from Caherdavin to N18 via City Centre Abnormal loads will be restricted from using the tunnel during these works.
