And They’re Off
The four-day annual Limerick Christmas Racing Festival kicks off in Patrickswell on St Stephen’s Day bringing all the thrill and tradition of one of Ireland’s most anticipated sporting events.
Sports fans will also enjoy the unrivalled match day atmosphere in the city as Munster clash with rivals Leinster at Thomond Park on December 27.
This St. Stephen’s Day, the age-old Wren tradition will be revived in the heart of Limerick City with Bring Back the Wren! Starting at 2pm on Nicholas Street, the Wren Walk will weave through the city, stopping at lively spots to share music and cheer.
Panto Bliss
Get ready for laughter, magic, and festive fun with three spectacular pantos on stage in Limerick this season! From the enchanting world of Cinderella to the adventurous tale of Red Riding Hood and the hilarious antics of Aladdin, these shows promise dazzling costumes, catchy tunes, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment.
Start 2026 with a warehouse party unlike any other, at the Limerick Classic Clubs Sober New Years Day Rave and celebrate Women's Little Christmas with Afternoon Tea at Barnagh Greenway Hub on January 6th.
