Pupils from Scóil Íosagáin came face to face with Val the Viking as they got a first look at new Discover Limerick Activity Packs now available at Limerick Libraries.
Cllr Sharon Benson, Deputising for the Mayor of Limerick, launched Val on his expedition to help children uncover the joy of reading and exploring Limerick’s rich heritage.
The campaign has been designed by the Marketing and Communications team at Limerick City and County Council and is being rolled out across Limerick in association with Limerick’s Libraries.
With Val the Viking leading the way, little explorers are ready for their own voyage of discovery.
