Limerick City Gallery of Art (LCGA) is delighted to present Aideen Barry’s solo exhibition By Slight Ligaments, her most ambitious exhibition to date and the culmination of several years’ work.

The exhibition at LCGA comprises of a series of installations and individual works under the combined title Songs and the Soil.

Limerick City Gallery has embarked on a new endeavour where as part of each exhibition the Carnegie Gallery has been allocated as a test space. In this test space a range of related, ancillary activities will take place in conjunction with each exhibition.

The Phase III programme of the 39th EVA International,  from 24 September through to 14 November 2021. The exhibition programme features over 19 presentations by Irish and international artists and collaborating curators, across four venues in Limerick and online.

This exhibition by Limerick-based artist, Maighread Tobin, will centre on her continued passion with gardens.

As a committee member of the Limerick Exhibition of Visual Art (EVA now known as the EVA International) that took place each year in the Limerick City Gallery of Art (LCGA).

Limerick City Gallery of Art is excited to present Skin Deep, a national touring exhibition by artist Mary-Ruth Walsh. Through collage, film and sculpture/installation, Walsh extends her interest in architecture and explores skin as substance and metaphor. Skin Deep was commissioned by Wexford Arts Centre.
