As part of the Twilight Thursday initiative, Mother Macs Public House presents Voices from the Parlour - a monthly series celebrating the creativity and storytelling at the heart of Limerick. This month, Mother Macs Brian and Barry to the Parlour for an evening of conversation, stories, and music. Two remarkable musicians sharing experiences, influences, and the moments that shaped their journey.
While many will know their work, this evening is less about reputation and more about the stories behind the music. In the intimate surroundings of Peggy's Whiskey Parlour, they'll share memories, influences, creative inspirations, and reflections gathered over years of performing, writing, and connecting with audiences.
Expect an engaging conversation, a few surprises, and insights into the craft of making music from two respected voices. Honest, relaxed, and full of character, this is a rare opportunity to hear the stories that don't always make it onto the stage.
