The Mayor of Limerick, John Moran and Príomh Chomhairleoir, Cllr Catherine Slattery hosted a Civic Reception at the Council Chamber in Dooradoyle to honour the Limerick Senior Football Team for their outstanding achievements during the 2025 season.
The reception, attended by elected members, team officials, players, and supporters, recognised the team’s success in winning Division 4 of the Allianz National Football League and reaching the Final of the Tailteann Cup, a season that has reignited excitement and optimism for Limerick football.
