The Planning Enforcement Process

• If an investigation finds there is an issue a warning Letter will issue within six weeks of the complaint
• An Enforcement Notice will then issue if necessary
• If the warning letter and the enforcement notice are not be complied with the issue may be referred for legal action
• The complainant will be notified of the outcome of the investigation
