The Clarina Ballybrown Public Realm Enhancement Plan was developed in 2025–2026 by Limerick City and County Council.
It was developed to support the development of Clarina and Ballybrown, with a particular focus on improving the public realm within Clarina Village Core, the Gateway and Arrival Experience, the Community Connectivity Corridor, and the Ballybrown Community Hub and Heritage Quarter.
The plan provides a strategy and priority actions for future capital investment and development.
