Notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), deemed made the Caherconlish Local Area Plan 2023 – 2029, which was adopted by the Elected Members of the Municipal District of Cappamore – Kilmallock, Limerick City and County Council on April 20th 2023. The Local Area Plan took effect from the 1st of June 2023.
The Plan may be purchased for the price of €25.00 from the Planning and Place – Making Directorate, Merchants Quay, Limerick.
