Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on the L1530 and L1531 Junction, in Herbertstown, Co. Limerick.
- Installation of new build outs on Junction
- Installation of new drainage layout
- Install new road markings etc.
The works will involve the construction and installation of new build outs on the L1530 and L1531 Junction in Herbertstown, road markings, drainage works and associated works.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Kilmallock Area Office, Railway Rd, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick (V35 K497) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 14th of August to Friday 11th of September 2026 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, Friday the 11th of September 2026.
