Three new councillors have been co-opted on to Limerick City and County Council at a special meeting of the Council held this afternoon.
Joe Pond, Annacotty, Castletroy, Limerick (Fianna Fáil) filled the casual vacancy on the Council consequent on the resignation of Cllr Shane Clifford.
Vivienne Crowley, Westfield Park, North Circular Road, Limerick (Fianna Fáil) filled the casual vacancy on the Council consequent on the death of her father, Cllr Joe Crowley RIP.
Adam Teskey, Killeheen, Reens, Ardagh, Co Limerick (Fine Gael) filled the casual vacancy on the Council consequent on the election of Cllr Tom Neville to Dáil Eireann.
