Mayor welcomes latest expansion plans for Northern Trust
The Mayor of the City and County of Limerick is welcoming today’s (12 June 2017) announcement that Northern Trust is expanding its Limerick workforce by 400 over the next five years.
Mayor Kieran O’Hanlon said “This announcement is a fantastic vote of confidence by Northern Trust in Limerick. The company has been in Limerick for 10 years and is constantly expanding its operations in the Limerick city region- to a place where they are one of the region’s biggest employers.”

With our co-operative and innovative approach, between the state and local agencies, third level sector and Limerick City and County Council, we are making Limerick an extremely attractive location for companies to invest.”
