Riverfest Limerick will get off to a spectacular start this weekend with a special flyover by the Air Corps. All eyes will be firmly fixed to the skies above Limerick from 1.30pm on Friday 29 April for the flyover which will feature a coordinated low formation flight display by the highly skilled Air Corps Cadets, marking the start of the first in-person Riverfest since 2019.

Hermitage Green to play FREE gig for Limerick’s virtual Riverfest.

Limerick City and County Council has announced that a virtual Riverfest will take place this May Bank Holiday weekend featuring live music, food, fashion and a flavour of Limerick’s favourite festival.

The organisers of the Regeneron Great Limerick Run and the Bon Secours Hospital Limerick Run for Fun announced today that the May Bank Holiday weekend event has been rescheduled to the first weekend in October in the interest of public health.
