In 2018 Claire opened Oak & Apple!! Opening at five each evening serving and innovative eclectic small plate dining in the sleek space Oak & Apple was born. The idea was a small boutique wine bar with great food.
Again all produce is sourced locally with the focus on serving smaller plates of beautiful food. Small enough so you can try several, big enough to share. There is no such thing as starters and mains instead we serve small plates.
