Christmas in Limerick 2026 Trader Application Form

Limerick City and County Council invites applications from local traders, artisan producers, craftspeople, artists, and food vendors to participate in this year's Christmas in Limerick Georgian Christmas Fayre and Christmas in Arthur's Quay Park.

Please note that the Christmas Fayre remains subject to licence and approval by Metropolitan District Members.

We are looking for high-quality, seasonal, and unique offerings that create a vibrant and festive experience for visitors. 

Dates: 

  • Saturday 21st November to Wednesday 23rd December 2026

Times: 

  • Saturday 21st November to Monday 7th December 2026 operating Tuesday to Sunday from 3pm - 10.30pm
  • Tuesday 8th to Wednesday 23rd December 2026 operating Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm - 10.30pm 

Location: 

  • The Crescent, O'Connell Avenue and Arthur's Quay Park

Please note that the following is included with the rental cost:

  • Use of the chalet for your booked period
  • 24/7 security
  • Basic decorations on the outer frame of the chalet
  • Marketing of your business within the wider festival marketing, with craft traders featured in a dedicated “Made in Limerick” makers’ trail
  • Waste management

Deadline: 

  • Expressions of Interest must be received on or before  Monday 9th November 2026 at 1pm.

Christmas in Limerick is delivered by Limerick City and County Council in conjunction with Blast Events Ltd t/a Big Boss Group.
