Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the road as detailed hereunder at the specified locations and times to facilitate a complete a water and waste water connection to a new development.

Shelbourne Rd (R464) From Ennis Road (R857) junction To Cratloe Road (R445) junction The works are 20m in length. | Diversions via From the junction of Ennis Road and Shelbourne Road, proceed straight ahead and turn right onto the Northern Ring Road (R445). At the next roundabout, take the right exit onto the Cratloe Road (R445) and continue directly to the Shelbourne Road junction. The route applies in reverse for traffic approaching from the opposite direction. | From 08:00hrs on 27th July 2026 to 18:00hrs on 28th July 2026 (24 hr Closure) |

Any person may lodge an objection to the proposal to close these roads by email to roads@limerick.ie or in writing to the Administration Team, Central Services, Roads, Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle, Limerick not later than 4:00pm, Tuesday 7th July 2026.
