Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that a temporary road closure will be in place on the L-8022 Castleroberts Road, Adare from the 25th May to 5th June 2026 (24 Hr Closure).
Please be advised the road will be open for the Bank Holiday weekend.
The road closure is required to facilitate the Uisce Éireann watermain replacement works.
During the closure, traffic will be diverted via Ballingarry Road R 519 to its junction with the N2, Murphys cross to its junction with the L-1420 (Lantern Lodge Roundabout).
Limerick City and County Council appreciate the cooperation and patience of road users while these temporary arrangements are in place.
