Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that an Emergency Response Exercise will be held on Tuesday, 31st March 2026 from 10:00am to 10:10am approx on the St. Nessan’s Road (R526) from its junction with Raheen Roundabout (R526-48) to its Junction with St. Paul Roundabout (R526-54).
Please Use the Following Diversions:
- Diversions via Father Russell Road (L1429-130)
- M20 Motorway & Dock Road (R510) while the Short-term Road Closure is in place
- Mulcair Road & Access Road between Ballycummin Road & Dooradoyle Road (Churchill Meadows/Rathmore Bus Stop/Stands) is available to road users
Any inconvenience is regrettable but unavoidable, please use alternative routes and plan your journey in and out of Limerick City and Environs.
